I ran across this video on of all places.. twitter. I wanted to share it with you. The first 3 minutes of the video is where you will get all the great twitter tips. One tool that I use which is not mentioned is Twitterfox. It is a plugin for firefox that notifies you of updates and sits right inside your browser. Enjoy the video but get ready to click the pause button because the video flies by!!
